Sanctity of Human Life Sunday-January 18, 2026
January is Sanctity of Human Life Month. We invite your church to prayerfully consider January 18th or another Sunday early in 2026,to remember and affirm God’s establishment of the sanctity of human life.
Pastors, Churches, and Life Organizations across the United States will observe this day to:
- Celebrate life as God’s gift to every person.
- Raise awareness about abortion and its impact.
- Mourn the lives of those lost to abortion and remember those affected by abortion experiences.
- Inspire support and involvement for families and local pregnancy centers offering hope, practical help, and life-affirming care.
- Pray and reflect on God’s call to protect life and share the good news of the gospel.
